Are your products authentic?

Yes, absolutely. All of our handbags are authenticated using Entrupy, a trusted AI-powered authentication technology. Each bag comes with its own Entrupy certificate of authenticity. We handpick every piece to ensure quality and peace of mind.

What shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped using secure methods that require a signature upon delivery, to ensure your item arrives safely.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of second-hand and exclusive items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing we’re happy to help.

Do you ship internationally?

We mainly ship within Canada, but international shipping may be possible upon request. Please contact us before ordering if you’re outside Canada.

Can I see an item in person?

We are located in Brossard (South Shore of Montreal) and can welcome clients by appointment to view an item or arrange an in-person pickup. Contact us to schedule a visit.

How can I pay?

We accept credit card payments, Shop Pay, Interac, and other methods available at checkout. Installment payments via Shop Pay are available depending on your eligibility.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photo?

Yes, we always use actual photos of the item for sale. We never use stock images or photos from other sources. Any signs of wear or minor flaws are clearly shown in our listings.

Are your items new or pre-owned?

Most of our pieces are pre-owned or vintage. Some may be gently used, while others may be in like-new condition. We only offer items that meet our standards for quality and authenticity.

Is the packaging secure and professional?

Yes, every order is carefully packed. Items may include a dust bag or original box when available. We always package our products to protect them during transit.
